Getting started

You can browse summaries of listings without an account. Contact details, direct messaging, and saved alerts require a student membership — preceptors and clinical sites browse and list for free.
About three minutes. We send a verification email after sign-up; click the link to activate your account, then walk through a short 3-step onboarding wizard tailored to your role.
We're built around three roles: students (paid, subscription-based), preceptors (free), and clinical sites/hospitals (free).

Subscriptions & billing

Students pay $29/month or $290/year (two months free). Preceptors and clinical sites list for free — forever.
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard with one click. Your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period — no further charges, no fees.
We don't offer trials. The price is intentionally low instead, and the annual plan effectively gives you two months free.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. International cards are supported.
Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and trusted by millions of businesses.
From your dashboard, go to Membership → Manage in Stripe. You can update cards, change plans, or cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal.

For preceptors

Correct. We never charge preceptors any fees, listing costs, or commissions. The student membership is how we sustain the platform.
Upload a copy of your professional license through your profile, then click "Submit for verification." A real person on our team reviews your credentials, usually within 1–3 business days. Once approved, a verified badge appears on your public profile and listings.
Yes. From your dashboard you can pause any listing (so it's hidden from the directory without losing the details), mark it as filled, or archive it.
No. Your full name, credentials, and bio appear on your public listing, but your email address is never displayed. Students message you through the platform — you reply through the platform too. Take it offline whenever you both want to.

For clinical sites

All-in-one means you provide both the facility and the in-house preceptor. Facility only means students can rotate at your site but bring their own preceptor. We also support listings for sites that require an affiliation agreement (MOU) with the student's university.
Yes. Your facility profile has a "required documents" checklist — background check, immunizations, drug screen, CPR/BLS, HIPAA training, professional liability, TB test, flu shot, and more. Students see this on your public listing before they apply.
Yes. Upload your standard affiliation agreement to the document vault inside your dashboard. It's stored privately — only you and our admins can download it.

Privacy & safety

Profile data is stored in our database. Sensitive uploads like license documents are kept in private storage and only served through an authenticated proxy — they never appear in public URLs. We never sell your data.
Yes. Every inquiry thread has a "Report as spam" option that hides the thread from your inbox and notifies our admins. For more serious concerns, email us through the Contact page and we'll investigate.
All reviews are submitted, then reviewed and approved by an admin before they go public. We don't allow anonymous reviews, and only students who have actually inquired about a listing (and waited at least 30 days) can leave one.
